Renovated in 2018.  It has air conditioning and wifi connection.

Cales de Ponent has 2 types of apartments:

  • 1 Bedroom Apartments: These apartments have an aproximate area of 35 m2 and it have: 1 bedroom (with double bed), living room, kitchenette, bathroom and terrace or balcony. Its maximum capacity is 2 people. Air conditioning and wifi.
  • 2 Bedroom Apartments:  These apartments have an aproximate area of 45 m2 and have: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with sofa bed,  kitchenette, bathroom and terrace or balcony. Its maximum capacity is 5 people, 4 adults + 1 children (till 11 years old). Air conditioning and wifi.
